What about Trademarks and legal stuff when registering my domain and building my site?

Question - How can I check to see if the domain name I want to use will infringe on anyone's copyright? Does the Autoweblaw program help me with this?

Answer - Autoweblaw doesn't do any trademark research, it just produces templates that fulfill your legal requirements, but you can find out pretty much everything you need by using SearchIt!

In step 1, choose "Site Legalities" and in step 2, choose "Trademark Check - US" as well as the other countries one at a time.

Then put your chosen keyword phrase into the step 3 box and check to see if it is trademarked.
