Thinking About Buying Or Selling
Some Jimboomba Property?

If you are thinking about buying a Jimboomba property, you really want to deal with somebody you can trust.

My family and I live in the area, and have bought and sold property in Jimboomba and Beaudesert.  Because of this, I can give you local knowledge if you'd like to know more.

If you are thinking about buying or selling property in or around the Jimboomba area, give me a call on 07 5543 3212 or 0418 788 482 and I'll help you in any way I can.

Or feel free to email me by using the form at the bottom of this page.

Getting To Know Jimboomba

Jimboomba is a small country town about 45 kilometres from the Queensland capital of Brisbane, and 15 kilometres from Beaudesert, the hub and administrative center of the Beaudesert shire.

Owning a Jimboomba property offers a quite rural residential lifestyle with lot sizes ranging from 1000 square meter lots in the township itself to 1 acre, 2.5 acre, 5 acre, 10 acre and larger lot sizes further out into the countryside.

There are also many farms covering hundreds or even thousands of hectares available for purchase, however these are most likely further south towards Boonah or other rural townships.

Jimboomba property prices have boomed along with the remainder of South East Queensland over the past 5 years, however if you have a long term view (which of course is necessary when investing in property) prices still offer great value.

Many Jimboomba property owners have seen massive gains in their holdings recently, and while the market has cooled, there are still some great buys.

Building activity is still at a high level and many people are still only just discovering the rural lifestyle that Jimboomba offers. We purchased our 5.5 acre Jimboomba property in 1990, built a home and moved in during 1994.

We have a hilltop block from where we can see to Brisbane on a clear day (it's a fair way away though :-) and our neighbours are just far enough away so that we have a great lifestyle with peace and quite to enjoy.

Jimboomba Is No Longer A
Sleepy Country Town

Jimboomba offers full shopping facilities, a world class 18 hole Golf course operated by Hill's International School, and a multitude of educational, sporting and leisure activities covering everything you'll ever need.

It's close enough to the city for commuters to comfortably work there, but far enough away to enable you to unwind when you get home...it offers a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the working world, and many people are coming here for the quality of life Jimboomba offers.

If you are considering buying Jimboomba property for the lifestyle it offers, you really can't go wrong.

However, you must remember that your commuting times will be longer if you have to work in the city, and with the cost of fuel and general wear and tear on your vehicles, that can add up.

And if you don't like nature or peace and quiet, then Jimboomba probably isn't for you.

I hope this brief introduction has helped you in your search for Jimboomba property.

Looking forward to meeting you if you move to Jimboomba,

Warmly,

P.S. The population of the Beaudesert shire is expected to grow by 70,000 people over the next 50 years (there's around 60,000 people living here now), so if you want to get a larger block in Jimboomba away from the masses, now's the time to act.
